Prescriptions

If you live 1 mile (1.6km) or more from your nearest pharmacy, you are able to collect your medications from the surgery.

Repeat Prescriptions

When you receive a computerised prescription, please use the form to request your repeat prescription. The form is in two halves, the left (green side) is for the pharmacy or dispensary and the right hand side (white side) is your list of repeat medications.

We do not accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions.
