Did Not Attend

If you are unable to attend for an appointment or realise you no longer need your appointment, please contact the practice as soon as possible.  This lets us offer the appointment to another patient.

If you do not attend for an appointment (DNA) a note is automatically entered on your record.  Two consecutive occurrences without valid reason may result in you being asked to register elsewhere, or removed from our practice list.
