If you would like to request a telephone consultation with a clinician:

1. Please phone as early in the day as possible (01978 760413)
2. Make sure we have you correct current phone numbers
3. Be ready to give a very brief reason for your request to allow our care navigators to book with an appropriate clinician or service
4. Ensure that you have your phone with you and available to accept our call back
